We mobbed in & got 7 different sandwiches and the ladies were very nice and efficient. They made sure to label each one which... made it so much easier to make sure that everyone had the right one when we got home. They did have a problem at the register -couldn't figure out how to do a split payment with 2 debit cards, so I ended up buying all of them instead of splitting thecost, which was a lot more than I'd thought I was going to spend. Would be nice if they knew how to make their own menu items, ordered over the phone for a pickup for 3 melts (none where even... labeled for us) and the whole point of a melt is that it's melted but 2 of the melts where not and one was supposed to be doubletoasted and the wrong one was double toasted! I got the Spicy Italian Melt and they didn't even have herb and cheese bread (Ilet that slide) then they put Cucumbers on my sub! Why would you even put Cucumbers on a spicy Italian sandwich? ???? Theymessed up super bad I'm thinking some retraining might be needed? Specifically for whoever was working 4/30/22 around 6:30 Read more

Only bad thing is. They seem to rush you when your getting your food. It's not a race the food I'd just thrown on the bread.... Managers should back off some. Don't put them on a time limit. Makes me not want to go back Read more

It would be nice to know what your actual hours were. I just tried to order online because it says the location was open, but it... wouldn't let me order because it said the location wasn't taking online orders at the time. So, I drove to the restaurantthinking it would be open, but to my surprise, it was closed, at 5:20 pm, on a Tuesday.... No note saying why their closed. Thishas happened multiple times at this location. I understand that there's a labor shortage, but giving no explanation as to whyyou keep closing early on normal days is getting old. Read more
