Traveling the midwest for the first time and stopped to try Arbys.The staff working very polite and nice. However, It was... unfortunate that the bnc sandwich was pieces of poorly tasting roast beef and processed cheese. The curly fries were hard andold. The lemonade was a diabetes splurge. I stop at this particular store in liberal Kansas several times. In the past it has been good. On this particular visit the lady... who I the who I think was the manager to took my order.. She was not very polite and when I asked about the condiment bar thatused to have the peppers and sauces on it I was rudely told that that was gone it's gone. They were out of Dr Pepper which theywere not polite about And the store was not very clean. I probably won't visit this location again. Read more
I've eaten here a few times and it's not because the food is particularly exceptional, it's really good, but the staff seem to... be so friendly that you can be in the dumps and their great attitude and customer service kind of snap you out of it.
