Ordered the Cali turkey melt sandwich. Sandwich did not have any mayo on it (which it comes with) and only two tiny slices of... avacodo for a full sandwich cut in half. Only enough for one half of the sandwich. Asked for extra and they brought out a hunkthat was brown and rubbery. You couldn't even break it in half. When talking to the waitress she just kept saying that the cookdidn't layer the avacodo right??! It was 2 tiny slices!!!! Also the cheese wasn't even close to being "melted", clumpy yes! Nomanger was at the store, no compensation for the bad meal offered, just half hearted excuses! Also my kid's chicken strips wereover cooked and burnt. Kid didn't even want to eat it. bro the wait is long and they messed up the drink order 2 oreo milkshake and one banana and they brought it the other way around... and then they put the banana sprinkles and cherry on my oreo instead of the oreo crumbs and when they brought the second oreo ittasted like banana and oreo like if they just put the banana and mixed oreo with it Read more
We drove a little out of our way to go to your restaurant because my wife is gluten free and we thought you had decent options... for her. She ordered a gluten sensitive waffle, 2 eggs and 2 straps of bacon. The waitress brought out all of the order exceptthe waffle. She said the cook was having problems with it sticking to the waffle iron. We ate our meal and were just about donewhen the waitress said it would be a little longer because he is still having problems with sticking. We said forget it onlypaid for the eggs and bacon (which should have been comped). It's hard to believe an IHop can't make a waffle when a hotelcontinental breakfast makes it seem pretty simple. If I could have given them zero stars. I would have. The food was horrible! We ordered two sandwiches, which came with sides,... but that we ended up paying for anyway! Worst experience ever! I encourage everyone to ask exactly what you will be paying for.The only good thing was our waitress. She was very attentive, but rest assured that we will never go back to this establishment. I've never gone to IHOP for dinner before, and I have to say the food selection was definitely broader than I had expected. I... ordered the Beef Tips, and honestly was impressed with the overall presentation of the food and the taste of the sides. The beefhowever was over cooked and was either the cheapest beef on the market or it was actually liver, but either way I don'trecommend it.
