The food was hot and fresh, consumer services was ok I guess

I love KFC and this was terrible. We are traveling and stopped to get our lunch to go. We each got a two piece meal, everything... in it tasted and looked old. We ended up tossing everything out it tasted so bad. Read more
Not good. Chicken tenders and Nashville hot wings were so greasy I had to soak up with paper towels. Mashed potatoes were soupy... and had brown gravy on them, not the traditional white gravy! Biscuits were dry, baked too long!! Read more
It was very busy. Waited for quite an extended amount of time to get our order in the drive thru. They seemed to be a bit... confused on what order belonged to who and attempted to give us the wrong order. They got it right in the end and the food wasgood and hot. Read more
The chicken was old. Had to wait 35 minutes to have sweet tea made because they didnt have soda either. I sat in the dining area... listening to the orders going out and they were telling ppl to come back in 20 minutes because they had to drop chicken.So.....moral to my story is that this kfc didnt have anything made fresh. Not sure why the doors would even be unlocked if theyhad nothing to offer! Read more
