They do take long to give you, your order.
The reason why I give them a 3 is because they're customer service isn't very good, the staff that works the window have no... customer service skills and my ice coffee that I get is always watered down. I don't ever go there for myself anymore I only goto the south McDonald's now. The south McDonald's makes my coffee PERECT, always have friendly people at the windows. Read more
i see now why they ask you to 'please pull up to the next window.' Apparently your food is not quite at room temperature yet Ice... cream is always warmer than the food. Out of 5 items i ordered, everything was cold except the pop. Guy working the window isapparently a deaf mute. *** Update*** Gave them the benefit of the doubt, went again 8/7/22. 11:10am. Everything ordered wascold, must have been cooked around 10:15am. Wish i could give them less than one star. My advice.. don't go. Read more
I only buy sweet tea cause I'm not a fan of fastfood like that but my son says they always get it wrong so ???????? I do know... that when I do come through they seem to be annoyed and all I get is tea so. I will never understand why young and old folksthat don't like people seem to always work in customer service it's mind boggling,we don't work there so why are y'all alwaysmad? I worked in a snack bar that served steak, shrimp, prime rib etc. It was a SNACK BAR and I enjoyed working there and thecustomers loved me so it's possible to go to work and be kind to people who didn't do anything to u but order food from whereyou work you know? To be fair Most McDonald's Have you pull out of the line to get fresh food, This one has you pull out of line for food but... fries and big Mac not fresh or hot.they Give you your soda but no straws. Terrible service, Terrible food For all the moneypaid now For Wages Employee just don't care. Not supposed to be a career,very high prices. Read more

Very very slow. It used to be it was one of the quickest fast food places to get through when you needed to grab a bite and be... on the go. However now it is so slow. Eager to get your money but then make you wait for your food. As far as the food goes I'venever gotten any McDonald's that has been just bad. Maybe the fries might be a little overcooked but the food is always good and taste like it should. They always have a lot of good deals like two or five etc. I can eat and get full for under $5 Read more
Well the Final Frontier RibEye sandwich was very disappointing. Actually got sick after I ate it. Cost over $10.00 for two. Just... a bit pricey. Was sorry to hear this was going to be the last round for the RibEye, until I ate mine. I am not sure whatMcDonald's or their supplier did, but the taste was not what It's been in the past . This will be my last trip to the twinarches for some time. But...maybe they do not need my business. Read more
