WORST EXPERIENCE I?ve ever had at a Pizza Hut! Date: August 26, around 5:30 pm. I was traveling through and placed an online... order, which should?ve been ready once I got there. It was not. And the girl said to park to the side and she?d bring it out tome once it was. I browsed online for awhile and waited for 30 minutes. Then I pulled back in line to the drive thru to checkagain and had to wait in line behind one vehicle for another 15 minutes. (It seemed as if they had order complications with thevehicle ahead of me). I finally got to the window where a guy greeted me. I asked about my order, and was given bad excuses.?Sorry, we were backed up?. I then said I waited for 30 minutes in the parking lot that the girl told me to do, to which hereplied, ?She didn?t know which vehicle was yours.? I was the only vehicle in the parking lot. He then handed me a cold, driedout looking pizza that had been in the warmer for far too long and wished me a great day.
