We only make it here once a year or so from out of town when visiting the state park, but it's always been a great experience. ... I highly recommend the breaded tenderloin. Read more

This is the dirtiest rudest place Ever! Tbey don?t wash their hands don?t wear gloves there are flys around the food. They have... attitudes worse than any place around, the old lady working is so rude. They mess your food up and get mad at you. What a dump.Hope they get shut down by the board of health! Read more

Great tasty Shakes and Malts. Me and my friend drove 50 miles just to get a frosty treat. Plus I couldn't resist the smell of... the awesome burger so I bought one and I wasn't disappointed. Definitely worth the trip!???????????? Read more

Wow! We had spent the day hunting fossils (yes you can do that in Indiana!) and hiking near Brookville Lake and we were very... hungry for a late lunch. A friend recommended J's to us and I'm happy we got there hungry! I had fried chicken with the "Jo Jo"potato wedges and both were fried to absolute perfection. The chicken is fried in a pressure cooker (the real Colonel Sandersdid it the same way) and you have to wait for it since they make it fresh... but it is worth every minute of waiting! The skinis perfectly crispy with a nice light breading (not over-breaded!) and the seasoning is great. The meat on the inside isincredibly juicy and tender from being cooked fresh in the pressure cooker. The potato wedges were also fried perfectly and hadan amazing seasoning. My wife had chicken fingers and mozarella cheese sticks and loved both of them. Incidentally, thesecheese sticks clearly did *not* come out of a freezer bag! I got to trade some of my Jo Jos for one and it was delicious. Evenmy 5 year old got into the act and really enjoyed some fries and ice cream. Oh did I mention the ice cream? It's a very nicesoft serve with normal and seasonal flavors (pumpkin is on the menu for fall) and they do sherbet too. They also make an awesomeSundae! I only mentioned a small slice of what they have on the menu but I can't recommend this place enough if you are in thearea! Read more
