Look it has been really bad in the past put as of lately they actually got people in there trying to help and there jobs before... it was like a bunch of workers that just didnt care...didnt matter if the food was wrong or the service was bad it was like whenyou came back around to thw window they say what was left out they expected that to happen and were ok with it with a sigh andalittle laugh they would try to fix it or most of the time they tried to...but last little bit has gotten better the managersare working hard to get them on track and to me that matters i told the manager dayshift i was pleased with how nice and helpfulshe was and she ask me to let people know cause it helps and they are trying until the mcdonalds in danville next to walmartthey will never ge t my business again Read more
I'm so sick of this McDonald's I order a daily double alot an everytime I order one from here it's never right! I tell them all... the time when I place my order make sure the onions an tomato is on there the response is okay I be sure to tell them or yeahthey will put it on there an I be dog when I get my sandwich it's ALWAYS WRONG!!!!!!! This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my 35 years of living. The food is always so disgusting I had to... throw my whole meal away one night because the taste was just so awful and that wasn't the first time. The food's always oldbeen sitting there for hours never warm or hot they're frappe machine is always broke you can get a frappe 1 to 2 days a week ifyou're lucky you're waiting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes at least for two cars in the line. Just overall bad McDonald's. Ihad to go back three times in one morning because they kept giving me the wrong food kept putting the wrong food on the wrongsandwich. Make sure you check your order before you leave every time to make sure it's the right food and that your food's evenwarm. I have to drink my oatmeal frequently because I guess they don't know how to make that either. Read more
just needs employees. Shouldnt take 10 min to order a sweet tea. Did I mention I was in lobby. Drivethru was awful as well.
To be honest, this is one of the most poorly managed McDonald's I've seen. Nobody seemed to know what was working and what... wasn't. Some of the workers weren't doing their job. Where's Mr. Krabs when you need him? Read more
After waiting for 25 minutes on food for my kids, they missed part of my order, then wanted the receipt because they didn't... believe me, then had to wait another 7 minutes for them to bring my order back out plus the part they missed, if you are in ahurry, don't go there Read more
