I hadn't been in an IHOP for years. I remember it being a place I liked. However, it's now been jaded. Prices were high, quality... of food was poor, and overall appearance of my dining experience was not impressive. My waitress was nice and did a good job, sono complaints there. This will be the last time I go to IHOP. I make better pancakes anyhow. Read more
Take out service is great! The manager on duty was very attentive and friendly. I'd recommend eating here for sure.
I've had 1-2 experiences at IHOP's around KC that weren't the best, but for the most part and across the board, the food is... always great. At the liberty location, I've never had a bad meal, cranky waitress or been afraid to eat with the silverware.It's always clean and the staff are friendly & attentive. I took my son there for his b-day last week. The food was perfectand our waitress was very patient when birthday boy was indecisive. She knew the menu, and was able to help him decide based onher suggestions. Personal experience & suggestions are always nice from knowledgeable staff :) Read more
We had a great meal. Great service under extremely busy service. Our waitress was working her butt off. High school kids had... bombarded the restaurant after their football game and we're loud and extremely rude. Our dinner was taking a while. The cookbrought out our meal, and then he walked out. Quit. I felt so bad for the entire staff. This place was a mad house of wildteens. Bless your staff. We will be back. Read more
Good food and spectacular service! ???? We waited about 15 min for a table and we nestled into the corner of the room. The food... was good and some of it was served cold and didn't get eaten! It was only a couple items from our vast array of food! Theinterior is in much worse shape than the exterior! There's a piece of plywood screwed onto the wall of the booth! In addition,the table was clean, but under the table was filthy along with the sides of the booth by the wall! The booth seat has a largehole worn into it with a patch missing, which made it difficult to sit on in shorts! Probably won't return because there'snumerous other places we can go to! The restaurant was not bust at all. I counted five other tables with customers the entire time I was there. Nevertheless it was... too long of a wait (approximately 10 minutes) till we were greeted and had our drink orders taken. Food was warm ish at best. Iremember thinking the plate was much hotter than the food. Although our server was nice the rest of the experience was terrible. Read more
I've been craving IHOP pancakes but avoiding IHOP. Got back to town on an early flight and saud... "What the heck, let's go have... IHOP." We did and it was a pleasant surprise. All of us enjoyed our food. The service was great and the restaurant was clean andcomfortable. We enjoyed it! Read more
