Jimmy johns was my favorite place for so long, but this store had repeatedly taken HOURS for my order to the point where I had... to stop coming here. Thankfully it's finally changed. I usually order anywhere between Tuesday and Friday. Whoever is runningday shift has my order spot on and on time every single time. And it's made perfect!! My bread is NEVER crunchy to the pointwhere it just breaks like it was last year, and my drink still has ice in it when it gets here because it wasn't sitting therefor 2 hours before being delivered. So whatever manager change this location did was a right choice. I can finally eat hereagain. Read more

My online order was confirmed at 11:51am. At 12:45pm I had not gotten my order so I called to check in. I spoke to someone and... they said it was out for delivery, but I didn't get my name or order number and I was calling from my office phone so its noteven the same contact information. I called again at 1:10pm and the employee that answered the phone said, "yeah we only have 1driver right now." I expressed that someone told me that delivery was out but never asked order information. He looked it up,said he didn't see it in the store but another driver just picked up 10 orders and it would be there shortly. I called the storeat 1:35pm and spoke with Andre (said he was the manager but I have my doubts) and he was completely disrespectful. I have workedin customer service for over 20 years and never have I had someone be so rude. I asked him for a refund and he said he wouldcredit my Jimmy Johns account and that was the only way to rectify it. At 1:55 the delivery driver comes in and I told him itcan go back to the store. Closed early, but didnt post so on their app. So after they accepted my order and I drove up there I had to call them from... outside the store. Which was locked before closing with employees still inside, and then said I would have to wait 3-4 days fora refund. I call that theft. Read more

Waited an hour and a half for my sandwiches. Tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered. Went to the store and... got major attitude from the person running the cash register. Asked for the manager and one wasn't there. Cancelled the orderand got more attitude. Never again from this location Read more

Our sandwiches were well-made and the ingredients tasted fresh. We asked for both of our sandwiches to be cut, but only one of... them was. Not a big deal though, really. Overall, everything was pretty good. Read more

Took over an hour to get our sandwiches delivered, we a couple of calls that were greeted with laughs "saying it's on the way". ... One delivery attempt was made at the wrong address. I asked for a manager on my last call who stated that they ran out ofbread. Last time I'll even consider Jimmy Johns!! Read more
