Drove to Liberty location because I heard it was good but very disappointed. The fish was really thin, batter was thicker and it... was greasy they forgot 2 item's but definitely won't return!!! Too many better restaurants in that area. Read more
Really disappointed with our food tonight. Looked forward to it all day. Could not taste the difference between fried fish and... chicken. Diningroom was closed, service was slow, food was greasy. Spent over $50 for family dinner, seriously regretted it.With so many choices near by, sad to say, i might not be back. Long John Silver's has always been a favorite, but they droppedthe ball tonight. Forgot a side and will probably feed the rest to the dog. Read more
Have not been here in about three months, last time one of the fish pieces tasted like burnt cardboard. Didn't have time to... complain so I stopped going. Then in fairness I tried again. All three fish pieces were very fair in proportion and crispy,tender and good. Read more
Excellent customer service, the kids working the drive thru was energetic and friendly, however...both of my orders were... incorrect and missing slaw...the sad thing is I took for granted my orders would be correct based on the positive involvement bythe super nice kids...but then I got home, happy and hungry until I opened my boxes and discovered the pain and misery everyonefears. Thats Not What I Ordered!! That's Not My Food!! I will say when I called them the manager apologized from the heart andreassured me my next orders would be 100% correct and deliciously FREE to make up for the inconvenience! Read more
Out of cups, floor filthy with dirt, straw wrapper, hadnt been swept for at least a day. Server very polite but frustrated night... shift did nothing, dishes or clean. One lady doing drivethrough, counter help, cashiering, probably wont go back for awhile.Excellent food as always. Just too dirty. Read more

We got there right at opening so it took a little extra time but it was sooooo worth it. We don't have a long john silvers where... we live and I am so very glad we stopped in! The cherry on top was how absolutely lovely the gal at the window was. She was oneof the kindest people I've ever encountered. I will honestly remember her forever. Read more
Great place to eat ???? with the iconic fish and chicken special recipe! Wonderful battered food, and always fresh! Drive thru... is the best and easiest at this location! We've never experienced a mishap or wrong order they the drive thru! The interior ofthe building is nice and colorful, but when you sit down, it's dirty, filthy and rather disgusting! We prefer the drive thru,and I believe you'll see for yourself if you go inside! Read more
