Used to love this place, at least the Park Ville location. Went today and tacos were pre-made had in less then 3 min. The salsa... for chips was clearly all tomato sauce and nothing else. Finally when I opened my silverware it wouldn't open and stuck to thenapkin. I told server and her reply was sorry would you like another set and hell no and didn't even remove dirty set. Will notbe back to this location especially judging by all the negative reviews as of late. Read more
I really enjoy this place! I think the wait staff are all high school age, but they do a great job, and I am thrilled that they... are given an opportunity to earn money and work for their goals! The food is great, though this last time the tea machine isout. I think it's a larger problem than the restaurant, and more to do with poor support from the business that service theservice industry. Go have a great meal, and tip those servers well! They have always earned it with me! Read more
First time here and will be the last, these two yahoos in the photo were goofing off and not working actually did push-ups on... the floor then grabbed chips and served them without washing their hands. Our server did a good job but the bus boys thoughttheir work was playground Read more
Everyone here was super friendly. The food tasted great. The chips and salsa were really good. I got the el pastor street... tacos????. The thing that knocked down the stars was how small the tacos were! Normally they are larger and should take up moreof the plate than the beans and rice. I felt pretty disappointed since that is my favorite part????. It tasted great but whywere they so small?! Sad but good. Everything else was fine. Read more
Poorly Dissatisfied Visited on 10/13/2021 I had ordered Queso, add chorizo. Guacamole dip and the Chicken Chimichanga Dinner,... which comes with rice and beans. The chips and salsa were brought out when seated. The chips were kind of soggy / chewy. Didnot taste fresh at all. Salsa was good. The queso dip was extremely thick, low in flavor and very salty (which is expected withMexican food). Guacamole dip was served as shown. Was kind of dark in color, and did not have a good consistency. The servercould tell I was displeased, took it away and brought another bowl, which was rated the same. The Chimichanga Dinner,Chimichanga was soggy. Rice was crunchy in spots, not cooked well. Beans were probably the best thing about the dish. I ateabout 1/4 of the chimichanga. Left most of the queso, all except two chip dips of the second bowl of unsatisfactory guacamole,and rice untouched. Server, asked if I needed any boxes as I sat the food to the side. I advised absolutely not as she pickedmy plates up and left. She was friendly, however not inquiring. She brought my check back and she?d take it when ready. Nodiscussion about satisfaction. May attempt the restaurant once again at a later time, but very dissatisfied. Definitely wouldnot go out of my way to return, especially with other restaurants that are in the immediate area. We picked up curbside tonight. 4 tacos and a taco salad. The tacos were an absolute mess in the box. It looked like someone... just tossed handfuls of cheese into the box and shut it. The chicken was so dry I could barely get it down, and the tomatoeswere bitter. My sons taco salad looks ok. This was our first home to eat here, but we definitely wont be back. Absolutelyhorrible. On a different day my experience may have been better. I tried this place as takeout. The menu i saw online was different from... when I got there. I ordered upon arriving so it is fine that the salad took over 25 minutes. I ordered, paid, and tipped which Ishould not have done because I brought it home to find no salad dressing or sour cream or salsa with my salad. I ate a drysalad. Dry salad was not worth the price. Very friendly staff amazing waitress had a very large party. She was able to keep up with all of us. Great job.
