They did a nice job with the renovation. Very clean and beautiful restroom. They have the new tap system and the staff is really... nice and accommodating even when it's busy. They are even open later than other franchises in the area. Nice big parking lot. Read more
The staff are fast and friendly. The place was well kept. The only real concern is that it's Dunkin Donuts, but there was very... few donut options and what I bought was stale. There should never be limited or stale donuts at a donut shop. Read more

This is the only local coffee spot so to say that should be a quick stop. Every time I stop (which used to be everyday) there is... an issue. One time they had no donuts and the latte machine wasn't working. Most of the time they're out of the food items Iorder (because management can't seem to order enough for the amount of sales volume they have). Another time they had no fooditems because the toaster wasn't working. Management seems to be non existent and the crew is suffering from that. Today Ireceived an Avocado toast with bacon and they weren't prepared or didn't take the time to prepare it correctly. (Modt of thetime they forget the bacon. Read more
The place has expanded and has now added a drive thru. But it in my opinion is poorly organized and run. The line at the drive... thru is constantly wrapped around building. There is so much space inside but a small fraction is used for taking orders. Goneare the racks of assorted donuts. They are limited to a small glass case. Most everyone orders fancy coffees, but if you order asimple black coffee (which the order taker can simply pour into a cup, cover it and turn around and give to you) a process thatmay take 7 seconds? You have to wait. They should take a page from Macdonald's maybe a second window? And 2 teams of cashiers, etc. Read more
I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to express my appreciation for the customer service I receive consistently at the... Liberty location. I go to the Dunkin almost every Saturday morning before work and I have had a lot of issues with the app inthe last few months. Which has ZERO to do with the Liberty location but they help me with my issues every time and theircustomer service is beyond amazing. Even without the issues they are super friendly every week and they start my day off right.So I just wanted to say Thank you to the young crew! Read more
