My food was delivered to another house. I had to drive to store in liberty and retrieve my food! NOT HAPPY!

Never on-time when we place orders in advance. But the staff is kind & our orders are always correct.

We used to never shop with Dominos but the Liberty store changed that. This particular Dominos store is absolutely... wonderful. The staff is some of the best. The folks behind the counter are always friendly. Sure sometimes people have baddays, but when you see the person having a bad day and they still put on a smile to make us happy. We use the app ahead oftime, our food is always made to order and fresh. When we have had to wait on a busy Friday, it's worth the wait. Read more

The food is good and the delivery drivers are good but it is ridiculous that they charge you an exorbitant delivery charge to... your order. It doesn?t cost them anything extra to make a pizza that is going to be delivered. It?s not worth the extra price.Thinking about not buying here anymore. Read more

Places online order at 7:24pm by 8pm no tracker update so I called the store where I was told it would be a hour for delivery or... 30 min for carry out I chose carry out. At 8:45 I went to the store. There was a lot of customers waiting who were all deliverychanged to pickup. All cancelled but 1 by the time I got to register. The very rude woman did not offer a excuse or apology justa attitude where she tells me it will be another 30min to hour. Which would have in total made it 2.5hours. I cancelled my orderas well. There was a lot of employees so they can't blaming staffing. That was the rudest experience I have ever had. Thedelivery drivers going in and out we're very nice. Read more

My wife tried to use the automated system to order a pizza for her 80 year old mother who is on a fixed income ( as most elderly... people are) and it wasn?t working or it wouldn?t take the order. So she called to order in. She was never told the promotionthey?ve had forever, which is 3 toppings for $7.99 is now only offered on line and you have to put in the PRO-MO CODE in orderto get it at that price. How many people over the age of 65 can do all of that. This company is discriminating against theelderly by this practice. It?s unfair that because they don?t have computer skills they have to pay double the price. So fromhere on, hello Little Caesars. Good bye Domino?s. Read more
