I bought two meatball subs. I told them from the start I needed my veggies on the side. They waited til they wrapped up my subs... to tell me that having my veggies on the side (which I always do with my meatball subs so they don't cook on the sub before Iget home.) was going to cost the same as getting a salad. Very clean. Unfortunately the young lady was left alone after another employee walked out and left her. She was a trainee and no... one would answer her calls. No manager would pick up or return her calls. FINALLY a worker, also fairly new came in. Can't blamethe young lady for clocking out. I wouldn't blame her if she quit. Read more

Employee that fixed sandwiches had a very negative attitude. She was upset with a coworker. She slammed my sandwich down on the... counter after she got done wrapping it. Had a sour look on her face the whole time she was fixing my order. Very poor customerservice. Read more

We ordered our sandwiches with 3 people working behind the counter. Two of them made our sandwiches and were great, the 3rd... person was not friendly and didn't seem to care about customers. She rang up our sandwiches and 2 bags of chips withoutoffering ro make it a meal combo with drinks, or asking if we wanted drinks, and then disappeared to the back of therestaurant. When we questioned the drinks another worker ignored the customer she was helping make a sandwich for and asked ifwe had already paid, then rang up our drinks separately, costing us more than a combo for the meal now. We got our drinks andsat down only to find that we had no napkins, and had to go up and ask for them. I would not recommend this subway or theservice that we received to anyone. Read more

If you like your orders blatantly wrong, and served with a extra large side of "I don't care" from staff, then this is the... perfect place for you. Total incompetence. Highlighted is ordered. Simple, easy instruction as their system prints it. Other iswhat was received......After a nice drive home.... Surprise!!!!. A piece of bread!!!! Literally. And when I return to store(30min has now passed) to tell her my sub is wrong, it's literally a piece of bread and that's all, her response is "Ummm no, itwas toasted look at it (lots of attitude)". I see her point, if I look past the 10 other ingredients that are missing... She'dbe correct. It's one thing to make a mistake, it's quite another to tell your customer you could care less about your ownmistake and fix it. Wonder what else they don't care about. Maybe it's best we don't know. Hidden gem.... This was the FIRST ofmany mistakes. Turns out each of my 4 subs had extra and or missing toppings. Read more
