Second time ordered dinner from door dash and totally screwed up, manager helpful but does not correct door dash really sucks
Place is great, neat and clean. Quite a few updates and upgrades since I last visited Chilis in TX. At Liberty, TX branch, once... seated, you start to feel the service and servitude if the employees. However, when you are waiting to be seated, the employees(who are not ones that are supposed to seat you?) Completely ignore you. They don't even smile or say hi! Once on the table...They change completely into most hospitable hosts. We were about to leave after seemingly a long wait to be seated... While manytables were clean and empty. So if we did not take extra time to exercise our patience. We would've left with a bad feelingabout a great place!!! Food was great. Read more
The food was good but there was a large group eating near us and we were forgotten. We had to hunt down our server to take our... order and to get refills. Overall I would recommend it. Read more
25 total with a couple of drinks I've got it before and it was a decent meal guess the portions changed

Service sucks ! I know it's slow with customers but that is more reason to take care of those of us who do come and give you... business. It sucks when you have to flag/wave down other staff because your waitress is in the back chatting . Then they bringout appetizer and food at the same time. Simply must do better ! Food was good and service was good. So no complaints. We will visit again for next time we get hungry in liberty.
The waitress named julia was terrific. The best in my book. She needs to be given recognition
