This may be specific to this location, but...when you come into the drive through there is a timer that starts and continues... until you drive past the drive through window. Which is why they always ask you to pull around. I understand not wanting to getin trouble by your manager because a customer placed an unreasonable order of 20 tacos or something that would take a while. ButI personally saw an older gentleman who had ordered a single chicken sandwich and curly fries and the man was asked to pullaround to the front and wait. I had order (I'm sorry I've got 5 kids) 20 tacos and 2 chicken sandwiches. So I was fine withpulling around. However this dude sat there just as long as I did for his two items. Which seems like they may be taking a bitof advantage of the whole "pull around front" idea. Also, please change the fryer grease when recommended. Read more
I gave them two twenties instead of one by mistake, and they only gave me back 8.00 when it should have been 28.00. And I... didn't even get my drink that goes with my meal. Read more
Worst experience at any Jack in the Box ever. Employees were wondering around the kitchen area like they didn't know what they... were doing. I ordered a Girl Scout milkshake waited almoat 15mins for it and all it was was plain milk with a pinch of cookiecrumble no brownie flavor no caramel flavor no whipped cream and the cookie was just tossed in there like they didn't care.Third time that I've been here and had extremely horrible service will never go here again it will never recommend this Jack inthe Box!! The food was amazingly hot and fresh! I went inside to eat and the drive thru line was really long. Dee and Ty were working... their tails off to get everyone's order out, while trying to deal with a lady who "tripped and fell" in the bathroom. Thankyou! Read more
The tortilla was raw and it broke up. So eating it was messy. Then I got 1 slice of bacon on my BACON burger. Yep, 1 slice.... Save your time Jack's customer service. I do not want to fill out a survey so you can fix your issue. How about you go to thestores yourself. Experience it yourself. Read more

Jack in the box is always drive through order pick up and leave that's where I love about Jack in the box fast service
