It never fails with McDonald's, at least this location...I pull up, both lanes are occupied. So naturally, I get in line behind... someone. They pull off, having completed their order placement, so I pull up. The vehicle in the other lane does the same, theperson in line behind them following. However, as the person next to me begins to place their order, completes it and drivesforward...nobody has queued me for my order. I wait patiently as another vehicle replaces the one next to me (I arrived evenbefore the the previous vehicle) they then begin to place their order while I, still having not placed mine, continue to wait.This happens twice more. I watch 5 vehicles cycle through the drive-through lane opposite of my own, all the while I've spokeninto the order receipt window announcing my presence, politely of course...before finally becoming slightly impatient and askingwhy they haven't taken my order yet even though I've been sitting for close to 15 minutes already. It isn't even the point ofpeople going before me really. But that long without even checking in on the bother drive-through lane, and more often than not,it's the primary lane, for that amount of time. Begins to feel a bit directed. I am fully aware that it isn't. But come on man.You know you have two lanes, I know you have a system that alerts you to the presence of a customers vehicle and yet I still sitthere waiting, watching others place their order. Just do better Liberty McDonald's. My daughter loves your burgers, but thatisn't enough to keep me coming back if I have to deal with situations like this. It is almost every time I got there. Probably my worst experience at a McDonald?s and yes it?s a McDonald?s so I never have high hopes to begin with but this was... absolutely ridiculous it took almost an hour to get our food they refused to even look at any of the people up front or to helpany of us and would only accept order with kiosk system once we finally got our food it took probably an extra 5or6 mins to getour drinks and even longer to get a drink carrier and straws and to top it all off once we got home and the family started toeat the burgers were raw and not like a little pink like raw raw it looked like they touch the grill for maybe 5 secs it wasridiculous. I attempted to call and talk to the manager about the situation but their phone number is disconnected so you can?ttalk to anyone but if me or my family get sick from this I?m strongly debating legal actions for unsafe food and poisoning Read more
This McDonald's in liberty Texas was awful.... I ordered curb side... it was 20 minutes and they never came out... I got off to... get my own food...i was in a hurry drive thru was packed which is why I chose to use curb side. Once inside I told them I had acurbside order. The cashier said oh no one wanted to go out...it's raining!!!... I told her I got off I didn't melt!! She didn'tsay anything walked away ... Came back and tossed my food on the counter and walked away! Didn't apologize or say a single word!Won't be coming back to this McDonald's ever again!! Read more
Music is so loud nobody can hear each other.instead of bringing us our food they yelled across the room... and got 1 item... wrong.. and didnt have 1 item so they just subsituted without saying anything. We asked about turning down the music and theyrefused. Rude as hell today! Not a good experience. Read more
Went here couple days ago. I know its hard to find help but changing their oil needs to be done when foods looking like it... burnt but its not. Manager said its the oil. It tasted nasty too and so did the fries. Read more
Firstly, I attempted to order twice from the kiosk when I took my order number to the counter they said ?it?s not here? which I... can understand if it?s just glitching out. Next I tried just using my rewards QR code at the counter and it still wouldn?t work.I just ended up giving up on it and just ordered regularly in which they still screwed it up. I ordered my burger plain withketchup and they instead put mayonnaise. When the employee and the counter gave me my food I saw that it read mayonnaise insteadand said that I asked for ketchup, in which he replied ?try it? and ran off, I waited but nobody would come back to the counter.If I ever come back I would hope I have a better experience next time. The food here is fine when you can actually get someone to notice you. Once someone See's you there waiting, they then ignore... you completely. And do I even need to mention the 573 flys that are always in your face while standing and waiting at thecounter? Read more
