All five stars! We were greeted by the sweetest little lady named Ms Kyla at restaurant #415 at 1921 Hwy 90. She was full of... sunshine. Placed our order quickly and delivered with a smile. She continued to greet guests as though they were family. Therestaurant was spotless and restrooms sparkled and smelled fresh and clean. Had biscuits and gravy. The biscuit was acceptable but, the gravy had no flavor. Thankfully I had asked for salt and pepper.... Saved it. Price was good. Read more

This is a one time only rating...I hope. Tonight the service 0was terrible. Confusion was the deal of the day. Horseplay,... bickering, poor attitudes from employees, management loudly scolding employees for their actions. It took 30 minutes to get theorder right. I love this place and it always is top notch. I hope this was a one-time fluke and not a sign of its futureservice. Read more
I?m not normally one to complain about fast food service since I have worked in the service for quiet a few years. So I... understand the struggle sometimes. But my husband and I wanted to go for a late night snack of fries. We ordered 4 lg orders offries with Buffalo sauce. We sat at the speaker for 10 min. Then he said hello anyone there? No one answered?. Then he saidhello we need to order so finally she answered. We ordered our four order of fries and sauce we had 2 cars in front of us. Andit took 1 hour and 5 min to get our fries!! I?m not even joking one bit. Not to mention we got to the window she said sorry wehad no fries so we have to drop new ones!! Like we have been sitting in line a hour at this point. You see the orders on thescreen and the next ones coming up. You only had two cars and we waited 1 hour and 10 min. This is crazy! This was honestly a frustrating trip to Whataburger. The girl taking our order was rude, they were out of sweet and spicy sauce... (second location to tell me that this week), the order came out wrong, and they didn?t give us napkins. By the time we got ourfood we were just ready to leave. At least it all came out fresh. The food is usually pretty good here. A bit expensive up front, but it seems like you get a noticeably more generous portion of... food for the added expense. Maybe not enough to justify the expense, but the staff is always helpful and friendly. Read more
