I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They are liars. Ordered three pizzas yesterday. The order is placed at 6:24 pm. Goes... into quality check at 6:43 pm. Then it?s out for delivery around 6:54 pm. The ETA is 7:21, changes to 7:24, 7:25, 7:28, and thensuddenly at 7:05 pm the tracker says DELIVERED. Note: the little Domino?s icon that shows you where the car still shows the carat the store. I call the store. No one picks up. I?m on hold for 20 mins. I drive to the store since no one is picking up.There?s only one person there and the phone is still ringing. Same old story - ?I?m the only one here.? I?m empathetic but howmany times is this going to happen. The manager comes in 5 mins later. Tells me the pizzas have been delivered. I reject thatstatement. Ask him to recheck. He calls the driver. Guess what: he still has the pizzas in the car. 30 mins after it saidDELIVERED in the tracker. I point out the lie but it?s shrugged off by the manager. Be careful when you deal with this sore. My order was placed at 11:02 to provide time for the baking and delivery process for it to arrive on time for lunch. I received... a call from Robinson who was very nice and apologized for the issues that have occurred with the delivery driver. He advised hewas going to wait for an update on the arrival of his delivery person prior to making the food, much appreciated!! I stated finewe will wait for the delivery thinking they have more than 1 delivery person. Robinson offered to compensate me for the issuesbut he stated he would keep me updated. He called me back within a half hour and advised the delivery person was on his way tohis store so he was going to prepare the food so it was still fresh upon arrival, however, his manager Aziz advised him he wasunable to compensate me for ANYTHING. I needed to either pick the food up myself or cancel the order nothing more. Aziz wasn'teven at the store to speak to me nor to assist Robinson. Robinson did a great job communicating but his manager Aziz doesn'twork well with customer service. Terrible customer service from management Aziz. Read more
Ordered 2 pizza's, delivery person gave us 1 wrong pizza, the receipt given was CORRECT, RAN out to stop him, he was gone. ... Called spoke to Nazeer (sp?) told him what happened he switched phone to Kent (delivery person) (we live 5 min from the place - remember this info for later) he told me he would get another one out to me. 1 hour & 40 minutes later it was finallydelivered, I called twice looking for status. (I had to cancel my appt to wait for this pizza. Annoyed is the nicest thing Ican say about this place. Read more
Took 90 minutes to make 4 med pizzas. They weren't even made correctly! You have to tip ahead of time. Rude. Two people seems... to be mainly in front with one long haired guy struggling to make the food by himself. The desk was covered in the days paymentslips. Very poorly run operation.
