Mostly had good experience with them. Occasionally there will be an issue with the order. Also good to check online order vs in... store as they have different coupons for each. Not the optimal protocol for your customer clientele but you can score some sweetdeals sometimes. Read more
Yesterday we ordered a three topping pizza and cheesy bread. The menu total should have been with tax 22.00 and change. We... were charged almost 31.00 at the store when we picked up the order. When we asked about the price difference, we were abruptlytold that was the price. Since we ordered it, we paid it. We are in Liberty Hill Tx and were frequent customers. That endedyesterday. We ordered a couple of Pizza's and hot & BBQ wings. Of course I paid the very high price for the Brand Name. But got... cheated.....surprise, surprise.....shame on this Dominos location and the management. Since when do you order hot wings thatare just lightly drizzled with hot sauce????? The store was busy because it was a weekend game day, but everything was made on time and done well. There were plenty of team... members and delivery drivers present in the store to handle all of the customer orders coming in. I had to wait a minute becausethey were packing and checking orders, but not terribly long. Everything was clean and seemed pretty well organized for theamount of chaos behind the counter prepping and sending orders. One delivery driver that left right before me spun back aroundthe building as I was about to turn to leave, and had I been going a little faster then could have been a problem, but otherthan that, this location was great. Ordered pizza here on 10/12 online. Went inside, woman making pizzas never even looked up at me. She was obviously crying while... making the pizzas, alone. I hit the ?I?m here? button and it dinged and I still got absolutely no response. Who ever managesthis place needs to check on their people. She was a mess. I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND this location, not sure where the management is around here but I'm VERY DISSATISFIED . Where's... the chicken. And pasta and sauce it doesn't even cover the bottom of the pan. Etc. Read more
They were extremely rude when I called to ask about allergy information. He told me that the ingredient list ?is just words on a... box, who knows what they actually put in there?, and that ?if I?m deathly allergic, then he wouldn?t roll the dice?.
