I only went through the drive-thru but the young lady that gave me my food in the window was exceptionally friendly and... courteous. As far as the food...it's fast food. Their milkshakes are delicious. Read more

I typically do not complain because I know that people have bad days but tonight I had the worst experience at this... establishment. I have never felt so disrespected. Online it says that they close at 10pm. The app allowed me to order severaldrinks at 8:50pm and it also said they closed at 10pm and that app orders needed to be made by 9:50pm. I ordered my drinks,paid, and headed to sonic. When I drove up to the drive through, it was 9pm on the dot. The guys came over the intercom andsaid, sorry we?re closed. I told him that I had an app order and I already paid. He said, not his problem, they?re closed. Icontinued to try and ask him how I would get reimbursed but I guess he cut off his speaker or something because he would notrespond to me. When the car ahead of me got their food and drove off, I pulled up to ask how I could get reimbursed and allthree of the employees looked at me at the window and turned away, they wouldn?t even come to the window and address me. It wasawful customer service. If they?re closed, they?re closed, I get it but the hours online need to be updated, the app needs to beupdated and those three gentleman need some training on customer service because the way they acted tonight was absolutely notokay. They could have simply explained how I could get my money back but instead they acted in a way that ensured I never goback to this establishment. Read more

Me and my family went here one time and they refused to serve us. They weren't closed, we talked to them in the drive thru but... they wouldn't serve us. Last time I went it took a little while and it just wasn't very good. The Sonic in Lago Vista is waybetter Read more

Ordered online for pick up. I parked in a Stall and pushed the button. Food came out within 5 minutes. We got hot dogs, burgers,... mozzarella sticks and tots. Everything was average fast food but the hot dogs. They looked horrible. An odd brown greenish colorlike they were old. I didn't let my kids eat them just ended up throwing them out. Read more

Just lost my business. Prices have gone up, but typically I?d still get decent portion sizes. But the past several visits, I?ve... been getting half if not less than half the normal portion sizes. So to recap, higher prices and lower portion sizes=scam. Ipayed 5 dollars for 3 tater tots, half the amount of eggs this burrito should have, 1 strip of bacon, and a couple burnt drypieces of sausage. There was more tortilla than filling. Read more

Waited for over 10 minutes in line that didn?t move. The food is not worth the wait so I left. They need a faster service.... Definitely not ?fast? food. Update: I went back when it wasn?t as busy. I don't usually leave reviews, but I thought I would in this case. Stopped by here on my way home today and they messed up the... order. No big deal, nothing to get bent out of shape about - it happens. The guy who was serving us the food was confused on howto handle the situation and took all our food back to fix it and told us to just reorder.. I went up to him to just ask to payfor the shake we had and cancel the order as we didn't feel like waiting 30 min again since they were slammed, but he asked I goand speak to the manager as he hadnt been here long. I went inside to request the manager so I could just pay for the shakesince I already took a sip of it. The manager was very polite, professional, and patient with me. I was trying really hard tonot be THAT customer as I've worked fast food before and I know how it is, and I would have been fine just paying for the shakeno biggie. But, he offered the whole meal free for the mix up and apologized explaining the server was new (totally get that). Ieven offered to pay 50% instead as, like I said, I really didn't wanna be that customer who causes a huge fuss over a mistake(which happens - we're human) but he said it was fine. I really appreciate people who work hard and are professional and goabove and beyond even when they don't have to. He handled the situation very well. That manager guy needs a raise. Read more
