The wait wasn't bad, we figured everything would be fresh and done correctly. When we got our food I checked it before we left... and they completely messed up the order. Didn't get the 2 Supremes we ordered, they gave us some kind of veggie burrito, Spent$3 for them to add sour cream to 4 bean burritos, they didn't put sour cream on the burritos, when we took the food in for themto replace, we still got a pea size amount of sour cream on them. I've tried ordering from here several times, and my order is always wrong or missing items. If it's not missing items, it's... forgetting to add the extras I paid for/requested. I can sympathize with slow service, but repeatedly forgetting items in ordersis harder to look past. I've tried ordering for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and it's always the same poor quality. If you'relooking to order from here for a comfort meal, you run the risk of missing out on some of the items you're craving, so I'dsuggest going to a more reliable spot to ensure you aren't disappointed. (That or make sure to check your bag before leaving thedrive up window.) Read more

Ordered breakfast items through the online app, only to arrive and find out they were having to cook more eggs due to a large... ordered earlier that morning, despite the system giving me a 15 minute window. Meanwhile, upon arriving at the location, twoemployees were outside smoking and everyone else indoors were standing around conversing or playing on their phones. Once theysensed my irritation, everyone got to work quickly all of a sudden. I never even received a 'thanks for your business' or 'sorryfor your long, 30 minute wait beyond when we told you your food was ready.' I've been to some expertly run and operatedlocations and this wasn't one of them. Time to do better at this location, TB. Read more

A new location on Texas Hwy 29. Bertram area. Inside dining allowed, also a drive through. Pepsi regular and zero are sold out... and supply chain issues have slowed this down. Plenty of other beverages plus tea. Recommend this for families, lunch hour hasspeedy service, the price is very reasonable. Read more

The Crunchwrap breakfast was disappointing. It is my go to & it wasn?t toasted just opened up & barley anything in it. It was... tiny at this location & mostly egg! Also ordered another breakfast taco & had to go back to get bacon that should have been onthere. I also ordered a Pepsi and a Diet Pepsi and when arriving at window I asked which drink was which and she said both diet.I said one was supposed to be Pepsi. She said they were out. That?s something you should say instead of just giving me diet.Won?t go back to this location. Read more

We waited THIRTY minutes for one burrito, one taco, a chips and cheese, and a freeze. When my order finally came out, I was... informed the machine is broken.. and that was that. It did look like they were helping the drive through immediately, so if youfeel compelled to go here, that's what I would suggest. At least the food was hot and fresh! Read more

Ordered a nacho belle grande with extra cheese and jalapeños only. I already had to go back into the store for the jalapeños... because they weren?t on there..got home and saw the (what should be) half a serving of cheese?I?m 7 months pregnant so I was SOsad and disappointed. We haven?t had a bad time yet at this Taco Bell. Our order is always correct and always comes out in a timely manner. We went on... opening night and it took about 20 minutes but that was to be expected. What wasn?t expected is that the staff was so nice andeven gave us a coupon to apologize for the wait. For a fast food place that?s only been open for a little over a month, I?d saythey?re doing pretty great! It?s hard to get your bearings with staffing and management when you first open and they seem to bedoing just fine! Mistakes are to be expected from a new place but we have yet to run into them.
