So we went and it cost us 50.00 to eat there the prices have gone up and the quality of the food was ok. We ordered 14 cheese... burgers a quarter pounder and a fish sandwich and most of the food was put together very shodely. You simply have the best crew and management in the entire Spokane area. Your crew needs to go teach Spokane Valley crew at... Sullivan and University how to take orders and speed up. Both of the valley locations have double drive thru it literally takesme waiting about 5 mins or more for someone to say welcome to McDonald's how can I help you. Am constantly have to say hellonumerous times. Not at liberty lake branch. I pul up and boom order is taken and your service is fast.. Very disappointed today. Quickly went through drive thru on the way out of town. Wasn?t able to turn around when we discovered... we had been served burned food. English muffins on our Egg McMuffins were charred black. Quite sad an employee thought this wasappropriate to send out. Read more

They were working so diligently to get all the orders out as quickly as they could. Everyone needs to practice a bit of patience... and grace. There were two lines of traffic in the drive thru and quite a few orders inside. Used the app the get a couplevanilla shakes so we could make it home during our hot ride on the bicycles today.
