Drove 30 mins to Liberty Lake to get a sandwich only to be told there is a 30 min wait because they had an order come in over... the phone. I was the only customer in the establishment at 1030a.m.. How do you not help your only customer then get back tomaking the big order?? Very Upset and still in disbelief they told me to wait 30 min when I was the only person there. Very good sandwiches, a bit slow so call ahead. Friendly staff.

Went there and ordered 2 sandwiches to go. Sandwiches came out within minutes of ordering. When I got the food home one sandwich... had little to no meat, absolutely no sauce nor vegetables. The second sandwich had little to no meat. I tried to call multipletimes with no answer, no room in the voice-mail box to leave a message. I had one phone call answered and immediately hung upon. Showed up on Saturday at 6:30pm, sign on the door says hours are Monday through Saturday until 7pm. Shop was closed, lights were... off, doors were locked. Not a single car in sight. Recently visited spokane from Vegas. Grew up in the bay area. My friend picked up some sandwiches from here. I was very... surprised and impressed with this place. So much so I went back multiple times while visiting. Had the Meatball sub. Bread wassoft yet crispy, meatballs were moist. Tons of flavor. I'm impressed. Will go back every time. Drove from 30 minutes away specifically to get food from here. I tried calling on my way to place my order ahead of me arriving... and got no answer. Showed up 15 minutes before their posted closing time. A lady walked out with her order as I parked my carand they locked the door behind her. When I tried opening the locked door, an employee (very obviously annoyed by my presence)unlocked the door to tell me they're closing 10 minutes prior to closing time. NOT HAPPY!!! I'd fire my staff for closing earlywhich causes you to not only miss out on business, but also for literally turning it away. 100% unprofessional!!! I'd like toknow who wants to reimburse me for the almost $4/gallon gas as well as my time I wasted trying to order something from yourbusiness? After seeing how your business operates, I am no longer confused as to why it's NEVER busy! I'd be surprised if youeven stay in business for much longer. Knowing what I know about operations costs, I'm pretty positive your store is operatingin the red.
