Poor customer service!! Multiple employees were working on door dash orders and ignoring the customers in front of them. 4... feet away and nothing. I waited my turn to get to the counter and once standing in front of the employees they didn't even lookup or acknowledge I was there. I understand getting busy and trying to catch up but " I'm sorry for the wait I'll be right withyou" goes a long ways. Read more

Piece of stretch film plastic in my burrito. The avocados in the guacamole were not even mashed up and there were pieces of... avocado skin it it. Never had a problem with Chipotle before. Booooo Read more

I Had To Give 1 Star In Order To Post Anything. Which I Would NOT Have Given Any Star. I DO NOT Recommend Anyone To Go To This... Place, We Came To This Place And Stood There Waiting For Someone to Wait On Us Or At Least Acknowledge Us Waiting. Nobody CameTo See What We Wanted Until 10- 15 Minutes Later, And When They Finally Did Come, The Girl Had An Attitude And Just Flopped OurFood Into The Bowls As If It Bothered Her To Wait On Us. We Paid For Our Food, Then She Immediately Just Walks Away And Didn'tSay Thank You Or Nothing. Then We Finally Get Home To Eat And Our Guacamole Is Not Even Mashed We Had Chunks Of Avocado That WasHard And Not Ripened. Meats Were Not Good, It Was All Fat That Got Put In Our Bowls. When you are in person they try or double wrap to fit the burrito. Obviously they don?t care if it?s delivery or not

Went to this location today and after they made my food and everything I go to pay and they tell me they cannot take cash from... me. Told me they were out of change so I have to pay a different way. Cash was all I had on me. After waiting in line for 15minand with no sign or anything posted about card only I was denied my food which they had already made and then just threw awaysince I didn?t have a card. This should not be an option to deny cash sales and if it was should have been something to say thatso I didn?t waste my time and have the food wasted by just throwing away Read more

Ordered a burrito bowl with guacamole (paid $2.55 extra) and got no guacamole. Food was still well made and tasted good.
