I received the smallest cup of soup I have ever seen for $7, and the carton was breaking down from the moisture. My “beef... fried rice” was anemic looking and had maybe 4 pieces of vegetables total and barely any beef. I will not be getting foodfrom here again. SO disappointing! Read more

Very chill atmosphere. Though, the last time we went, our waitress wasn’t very nice. Seemed very mad and she didn’t come to... the table that often when we needed refills or napkins. Other than that, the braised short rib is amazing as well as the chickenkatsu. Read more
Plenty of vegetarian options and beautiful interiors. The vegetarian Midola roll is a must try. The menu in the restaurant does... not indicate vegetarian dishes explicitly but our server was helpful in providing proper recommendations. Their dessert menuis also very diverse, I tried the chocolate lava cake and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend Shakou! Read more
I took my Son here for his graduation from Navy Basic. The food was good, we had the egg rolls, poke bowl and the 2 person... boat. Again the food was good, the service was okay, not great. The biggest reason for the 3 stars is the value. Therestaurant is nice bit not a good value. Read more
