I've always walked by this place, but have never had any idea what was in there. The menu always looked really good on the... outside, and the "Reservations Only" sign gave me the perspective that this place has got to be good. So being our second datesince our seven month old has been around, we picked this place over a trip to the city. Immediately we were greeted by anamazingly colorful ambiance with detail in every inch of the room. The staff, mainly Patrick was incredibly friendly, welcomingand knowledgable about everything on the menu. They were also really good on timing, as meals came out promptly and spaced outevenly enough for us to enjoy each course. The portion sizes were perfect, as they left you with enough room to move on to thenext part of the meal. The steaks and seafoods were very tasty, and on par with the quality you used to only be able to find inthe city. They've got an excellent wine and liquor selection. Many selections of breads and appetizers. And again, anambiance that lets you know that this is a special night. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back many many times tocelebrate all sorts of birthdays, anniversaries and promotions. Really happy that this place is a short 15 minute driveaway. Very nice and luxurious restaurant. Had very delicious steak there with my colleagues. We were seven people with 2 bottles of... wines we paid over thousand dollars. I enjoyed the ambiance and taste of the food. Read more
The ambiance was nice but the food was anything but. I’m not sure why they charge a great deal for lackluster food. The only... part of the meal that was decent was an appetizer that was ordered, baked oysters. The meal, filet and lobster ravioli was notgood at all and tasted odd. The atmosphere is really warm, great place to go on a date or even a fancy dinner with family. Expect a big bill here as they... are a higher class dining experience, however very worth it. Our server Ryan was attentive, picked up that my fiance waspregnant and offered us the pregnant drink (it's called something else, but virgin drink in a martini glass that makes her feellike she can enjoy something other than water) which she loved. The food was great, we started with the french onion soup andthen had the 1lb boneless ribeye as well as potatoes and asparagus. Incredible food! If she didn't get nauseous we would havetried dessert, but I guess we will just have to go back. For a nice dinner for 2, expect to at least spend $200 here if you'regetting any side/appetizer. I love this restaurant. The food is amazing. It is pricey but worth it! The bartenders and servers are professional,... knowledgeable, and friendly. They also have excellent wine and drink list. Additionally, the decor is exquisite. Read more
