They advertise one price, then charge you for another. Show the manager and am told all she can do would be take down the sign.... Just keep lying to customers. I'll not come here again. Update: A day, two at the most, after being notified of the response tothis review by Casey's (Owner) I sent them a message via the link that was posted. A week later and nothing. This location willlie to you in order to get an extra "dime" of your money, and there is no follow-through by Casey's (Owner). Read more
I ordered two speciality pizzas online. I added extras. Payment was done online. I go and pickup my order. I didn't look at the... pizza till at home. The pizza were not cut as ordered nor did they have the extras I had ordered. Called Casey's. Got told theyran out of pepperoni. I had to ask for a refund for what I had ordered. I was told they would call back with info on how to getmy refund. Not impressed. Pizza wasn't done in the middle either. Salem Casey's is much better. I guess my expectations were tohigh. Read more
Opens at 5 is a joke. Was there at 6 and the door was locked with an employee standing behind the register stocking cigarettes.... Never stopping here again for food when going fishing. Read more
We ordered a large Supreme pizza this evening for a fast supper. We were told about 30 mins. Our pizza was done timely and ... absolutely awesome tonight. I worked at the Licking Casey's once and it was made exactly the way it should be. Thank you. Icalled and told them how pleased we were. I have had alot of no so good experiences there in the last year. But this was great. Read more
Walked inside to ask where the restroom was no one answered. Waited 10-15mins still no one. Walked out to my vehicle to find... employees enjoying a smoke break on the side of the building w/no one inside the building.
