I've have definitely had better Chinese food than this place. Crab Rangoons were essentially tasteless. Friend rice too salty.
Ever since i moved here in Pompano Beach in 2015,this place has been my go to Chinese Take out.The place is clean,the staff are... always nice,never had any complain with my food orders. They are always on point.Everytime I order, I always have same greattaste and savory food. My fave dish from them are Shrimp/beef Lo Mein, Singapore Mei Fun,chicken wings and egg rolls. When I got there to place my order the cook was sleeping,I had to wake him up. I ordered combination plate and asked for fried... rice and he said only white rice, I said I would pay extra. He did not understand me because he was still in a fog. So to makelong story short he didn't give us our eggs rolls that went with the combination dish, food was over cooked,the fried rice wasso dry no taste. I will mark this place ansent. Ordered 2 dinners , it's take out only . Mine was chicken and veggies with white rice. Veggies were very soft like cooked to... long or reheated...good flavor but I like my Chinese veggies to be a little bit crisp and fresh, broccoli had yellowish I cut itoff... 2nd order chicken sweet and sour, hubby liked it. This is the Best Chinese take out I?ve found in Florida so far. This is the only place we will go for Chinese and on a good day... it?s 20 minutes away?so that tells you enough. I wish they were in DoorDash. Read more
I order from here often although now I think I will go to pei wei....I like the soups, kung Pao chicken ....most other things I... have had on golden china menu, my son wanted chicken friend rice never ordered but gave it a try...it was nothing more thenrice with some onion and literally no chicken for 9.00 see attached picture I was going to call and ask for a replacement but itwas too late, if there was half an once of chicken in the whole quart I would be very surprised my son refused to eat it ...ithad zero taste and was essentially just rice with onion in it ... ....DO NOT order fried rice until they step up and make itright ..there should be substantial vegetables and chicken in this dish there was literally none ....this is not right and Ifelt completely taken advantage of the fried rice at pei wei which is right next door you you get of ton of chicken andvegetables ...they need to completely revamp there i fried rice recipe ! Worst fried rice rice and lo mein. Never seen yellow color fried rice.
