I went only for the McRib. I waited in the drive thru line, with signage everywhere for the McRib. I got to the speaker, ordered... and was told there are no McRibs. I told her I see the signage and she said she hasn't had a chance to unload them from thetruck. I ordered something else and a beverage. I paid, get to the second window and am told the drink I ordered isn'tavailable. No one was apologetic, no one offered me a coupon for next time, no one cared. Read more
I've been to the location multiple times and everything I order always has issues. Can't get the items correct. And don't... properly pay attention to the windows in the drive thru. Bad service here. Staff looks way to young to be running the placethemselves and horrible attention to customer service. Worst experience at any fast-food place or even restaurant I've been too.McDonald's fix your locations please. Read more
I went in the store to buy 2 drinks, I stood at the counter for about 3-5 minutes when the young man hollered to go order on the... kiosk so I went over there and ordered my 2 drinks on the kiosk and didn?t want to use my credit card to pay $3 so I chose cashwent back to the register and another gentleman ordered his food then the young man walked over gave him his cup and thenignored me standing at the register for 5 minutes with my $3 and ticket the kiosk printed out , I walked over and asked him ifthey take cash and he said I will when I am not busy!! Well I am not waiting another 10 minutes for 2 drinks so I just walkedout VERY RUDE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! Unhappy customer !! FYI the pictures are to show you how busy he was!!! Read more

Abysmal service -from outright ignoring to acting extremely put out for asking for ketchup but literally not verbally responding... but instead kissing their jaw to indicate the plastic bin with packets on their side of the counter all the while glaring at us.Mind you this was at 12:45 on a Thursday the place should have been packed considering it was one of only three drive-thrus inthe entire town yet there was one car in the Drive-Thru and one car in the parking lot and there's easily seven or eight workersthat we can count. If that wasn't the only thing that we could have chosen from as we were between customer appointments I wouldhave gladly gone anyplace else. Message to the owners and management you would do well to encourage your employees and yourfloor manager to emphasize the need and value of the customers instead of acting put upon and annoyed that we showed up tointerrupt their talking. Absolutely horrible experience, I waited 27minutes in spot 4. I never received my food. I checked the doors they were locked. I... drove around and waited another 8min in the drive thru. Finally when one of the kids answered to take my order. I explained thesituation and her and the other employees laughed about it out. I need my money returned and it would be nice to see somemanagement take charge. Read more
I ordered a mushroom and swiss grilled chicken sandwich. After waiting 10 minutes they finally got the credit card machine to... work. 20 minutes later my sandwich finally came out. It wasn't chicken but was beef and it wasn't on the brioche bun. I sent itback. Waited another 20 minutes. This time it was chicken. But once again wrong bun. I gave up and ate it anyway. Horrible mcdonalds. Never go to the 2nd drive through line. They dont greet it ever. Driving up to the next window does no good... either. They claim you cant order there and have to wait in the line to not get food and circle back around and try again. Whata joke. Read more
