I do not even know what to say about this place lol! Its a place you need to visit for your self!! The bar its self is pretty... good its self, but they only tale cash (hence the fours stars). Oh yeah the guy who owns this bar worked for NationalGeographic hunting animals for taxidermy. So what did he due with all of his taxidermy animals? Open up a bar and fill it withthe animals of course, like everyone would do. It is so great, sad, and weird! Worth a visit for sure (it is free). Read more

This place is a little hole in the wall in a very small, beautiful town. It looks like a total dive when you first enter. ... But... this dive hides a super cool secret. In the rear of the building and across the second level is one of the largesttaxidermy museums I've ever seen. And there is no charge to see them. But I suggest you buy a drink. Read more

My last visit was not very good. Hence the 4 stars. The bartender took forever to refill drinks despite the fact there were 2... patrons total. Perhaps she was having a bad day. I know I was. Hence needing a drink in the afternoon when I rarely drink andnever drink at bars. It is also a total dive bar. It should probably be 3 stars max, but Joe's dirty dive bar hides one ofthe greatest little secrets. Behind and above, yes above, the actual bar is one of the most elaborate taxidermy museaums Ihave ever been to. I'm not personally a fan of killing anything. Let alone doing it for display. That said, this one is amust see. The drinks are strong and they have lions, tigers, and bears. Oh my! Read more

You have to come to Joe. Joe is a legend , a master hunter who traveled Africa and brought home his animals. Go through the bar... and you're greeted with Joes amazing collection. All just one mans collection. This hidden gem is right on the main street, don't miss it! The staff is amazing and the people are friendly. No cliques. You're a friend when you walk in! Read more
