Fries were cold, service and staff were unfriendly.
Burger King has two locations; one is over at Kukui Grove Center across from Macys looking North. The other location is in... Kapaa. I prefer the Kapaa location food taste better and the service is quicker. The KG location is slower sometimes the food ishot. The drive through is messy, huge pot holes the menu boards are decrepit, corroded and dirty. Hate to see what the kitchenis like. Way past due for renovations. Read more

Burger King used to be good but now everything is just too oily and gross. I had ordered a spicy chicken for to go and there was... just a ton of oil in the bottom and it was just unappetizing so I had to throw it out. Read more
Didn't feel well after eating there. They out lettuce and tomatoes on the chicken king sandwich. I am assuming that was non... standard. Also, I ordered a vanilla ice cream cone. They dumped my cone in a plastic cup and gave me a plastic spoon, wrapped inplastic. Every place we stopped on our trip made us use paper straws, yet BK is giving you unneeded and unwanted plastic for anice cream cone that is basically completely and safely disposable? Nice and clean facility. They have fast, efficient, and friendly service! Best vanilla milkshakes ever! Their bathrooms are neat... and clean. The parking lot is spacious and not overly crowded.
