It was happy hour and it was supposed to be buy 1 get one free and they didn?t follow that. I ended paying 11$!! Wouldn?t try to... do deals there I?d recommend the one in kukui grove or any other one. AND THERE WAS A FLY WHERE THEY DISPLAY THE FOOD!! Read more
Best Starbucks in Kauai. Its the only one I can find that will give me a Venti Ice water with my other drink. Not only was the... service super amazing but they didn't make it a big deal when I asked for side of water so I could take my meds. I have had sucha hard time getting ice water and even ICE since I got here. Safeway deli and Starbucks made our vacation. Thank YOU!!!!! Read more
The barista's are GREAT! HOWEVER, whoever does scheduling needs to be reminded that, mornings are when most coffee is consumed,... so, there should be more than one barista working those early mornings hours...with one person taking orders, ringing uppurchases, heating pastries and sandwiches AND making up drink orders...service can be PAINFULLY Slow. Staff does not know how to make the drinks on the menu. I was told I could not order the item I wanted because the barista did... not know how to make it. Before anyone is left alone to man the shop, they should have this basic knowledge, or at least knowwhere to find the information. Read more
Rude staff. Showed up at 2:55 pm told "sorry we're done, we have to clean to close by 4" even though online says open til 6?!... Shouldn't you clean after the closing time and service up until then! Read more
