I love Chili's and have never had a bad experience until last night at the Lilburn location. We stood in the lobby for several... minutes before anyone ever spoke to us to be seated I ordered the skillet queso and broccoli well done. The skillet quesolooked like someone had eaten half of it and when I complained about the barely quarter cup that was in the skillet I was toldthat serving sizes have changed and to get more would take 40 minutes because it was frozen. Broccoli almost didn't come out andwhen it did it was burnt. After sending two things back the manager never even checked to see what was wrong. We will never goback to this location and if the portions have been cut in more than half and the price is the same I will not ever be goingback to any Chili's. Read more

Chilis has the best guacamole (always fresh) and we shared the fajitas. They were great. Service was prompt and they're mixed... drinks are always on point. Their drink of the month is the Grand Sunset Rita and it was ????! Check it out Read more

I am sitting in Chili's right now. Our unpleasant experience started when we ordered coffee. We were told "we don't have... coffee". Then, we ordered nachos and received this. This is the worst excuse for a plate of nachos I've ever seen in all myyears of eating out at restaurants. Ten dollars! No guac (which we ordered). No sour cream. No pico de gallo. (which is on theirdisciption on the menu) After receiving a dressing down by our waitress that , "that is what we ordered" we walked out. Really,Chili's? You can do better. Read more

Husband ordered the burger and he loved the mash potatoes & burger. However there was something off with my chicken crispers.... When I bit into the chicken it had a strange texture. Not sure if it was raw (it was not pink) or if it was overcooked. Theserver stated it was made fresh & cooked on a timer but the manager said it was frozen. He took off $11.99 and I paid for thesalad (which was dressed with caesar dressing that was underneath the salad & someone put ranch on the side- which I put ontop????), asparagus (this was a substitute for the chicken. It was cooked perfectly but it was overly salted). I ate the overcooked/over salted corn & the fries were perfect except for the salt. Just be aware that lots of salt is used (tell them to golight on it and you can add your own if you want more). Read more

This place is point on. A little slow at the beginning, of course only 1 waitress that day on Wednesday. May have been faster,... we could have ordered from the tablet, but we are old school. The waitress was excellent. Our orders were correct, she made surewe had what we needed. Checked on us, and the food was outstanding. Very delicious. Great visit that exceeded expectations. Withso many restaurants and businesses affected by being short staffed, this was one restaurant who had it going on. Thumbs up. Read more

I'm giving some latitude to Chili's in this review because they were clearly understaffed when we went in. That said, there were... some basics just being forgotten here. The floor clearly hadn't been swept all day, the staff seemed oblivious to the detrituson the floor, and for some reason I honestly can't convey (despite my asking), they were using plastic utensils. To me, plasticutensils are unforgivable in a sit down restaurant. Trying to cut anything tougher than sandwich bread with a plastic knife is alesson in frustration. It's not a good look. Our server was pleasant, but clearly overtasked. She never refilled drinks, despitetelling us repeatedly she was bringing refills. I believe she was doing the best she could, however. My wife's sandwich was"pretty good," in her words. She had a chicken sandwich with avocados and bacon (and probably other stuff). My burger, the Quesoburger, was cooked to a nice Chernobyl level of overcooked, the toppings incredibly sparse (the pico de gallo might as well havebeen called a garnish), and the whole thing just... Bland. Lesson learned, I guess. I'll not order that again. The kids enjoyedtheir kid food, and once again the SW egg rolls were the brightest point of the meal. Overall, we were underwhelmed with Chili'stoday. They needed more staff, better quality control of the food leaving the kitchen, and some situational awareness withregards to the trashy floor. On a good note, they did know to hold the door so as not to completely demolish the server. In theend, I won't promise that I will never visit again, but this experience serves as a reminder of why I'm not a frequent diner. Read more

Least favorite location of metro Atlanta/Stone Mountain/Lilburn area Chilli's to order TO GO orders from. We ordered a lot of... food. We were very upset to find that they put rotten corn in our child's meal. They would've done better to have not includedit at all. They could've at least asked us if we preferred a substitution for the corn if they didn't have any fresh pieces toinclude in the kids meal. Who gives kids bad food?? Horrible and unprofessional. This wouldn't be the first time they messed upsomething with our order. Seems like every other order they mess up. Read more
