Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in any Little Caesars location. For starters why would an employee... have the audacity to ask for a tip. It is the customers decision to give one or not. He attended everyone else and askedmultiple times what had we ordered. I even saw he gave the car behind me a pizza and a free drink since I heard him very clear.We waited at the drive thru for more than 30 minutes for a pepperoni pizza. This is ridiculous. Went for the Batman pizza and it was unique. The problem was the staffing. Not enough staff and of course the ones that were... there were over worked, I didn't get the sense that they were working as a team. I waited 20 min for my food then went to askwhen it would be done I think it was done and sitting in the back, no one ever announced it was done. Read more
The food is never 100% cooked.. plus they gave old crazy bread.. this is why I rather go with pizza hut and not them.. cause at... least your food is fresh and cooked Read more
One star is giving this location too much credit. Should have left when the window person informed us that they were not trained... to make the pretzel pizza. Whomever owns this location needs to train their staff period. Just like the other reviews Tonight,My husband and I received uncooked pizza with gooey dough and bread sticks that were also under cooked flat and oddly shaped. Aspictured, I attempted to bake them longer in hopes they would at least be cooked..What a disappointment and waste of money.Better off going to Lawrenceville and waiting in their long line. Took 45 min to get the hot n ready pizza (there where only 2 customers in front of me when I arrived) , manager was rude and... unapologetic and tried to give the pizza to someone else when I told him I had been there for 45 min. Read more
