Service was good but the food was mediocre at best. The new impossible orange chicken was ok but the noodles were just dry thin... and flavorless. My husband left his entire plate. Will not be buying Panda Express again. Read more
*Update* Went for lunch today I got utensils this time. Problem today was speed of service. In the Drive through they were... asking every customer to hold while they fulfilled and served the order to the car in front, then they would take the order forthe next car and then repeat. There was no one in the dinning room and only me and two other cars in the drive through the carbehind me pulled away and didn't order. *Original Post* The food and service was good. The lack of food items and eatingutensils is very tiresome. If the problem is pandemic related they have had 2 years to adjust. No more excuses. Read more
Walked in around 5pm for an early dinner. No fried rice available so I was given a choice of white rice or veggies. I chose... white rice but it was dry and crunchy. I think that white rice had been sitting a while. Ordered a plate and a drink only tofind out the soda fountain only had coke and water. All the other dispensers had an out-of-order sign. Read more
I asked the cashier how long the Beijing beef had been out and he responded that it had been there 30 minutes, I asked if I... could get fresh food and his response was "well the pan is full". Wish I could do a negative star,but that don't exist. I took a break from them just to see if I could regain a taste from them... tried them 2 months later & the same results rice always taste burnt along with chicken. Ordered teriyaki chicken rec'd it withno sauce.I asked employee what make teriyaki chicken teriyaki..he was silenced then said some peoples don't like the sauce.Whowants to eat dry chopped up chicken thighs & burnt tasting rice.Never again learned my lesson with this location. I was very disappointed in the resturant. I ordered Honey Sesame Chicken Breast, in the drive thru, comes with string beans and... yellow bell peppers. After I have paid received my order with no string beans, the window person tells me they have no stringbeans today. Which I don?t believe because once I got home and was eating it there was one down in the bottom. No compensationand didn?t tell me that they didn?t have any perhaps I would have made another selection. Read more
