I ordered delivery from 4230 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lilburn, GA 30047. Placed on July 13 at 9:42 PM. The store called at 10:06PM to... tell us the pizza was ready but that they didn't have a delivery driver and we would have to come and pick it up. I asked whywouldn't you call and notify me of that right after I ordered? Not after the pizza is made. The employee was rude andunhelpful. I asked for them to cancel my order and issue a refund because we ordered delivery as we couldn't leave out of ourhouse at that time. I have yet to receive my refund. Read more

This is the second time I've ordered from this location in lilburn ga near gwinnett college, they keep delivering to the wrong... address. The first time I had to go pick up the pizza and then they delivered it the next day and left it on the ground andwould not give me a refund I had to call my credit card company. This time today November 22nd I ordered at 5pm callback at7:40pm to make sure they received the order now, it is 8:52pm and it was delivered to the wrong address again couldn'tdescribe the color of the house but described the wrong person they gave it to and told me my address was wrong.
