I keep trying to order a sandwich from you guys on Uber Eats, but it always says this location is unavailable. It's listed in... the app, but the restaurant is not accepting orders. Maybe your location is so busy that you don't want to sell any moresandwiches, but I always have to order from somewhere else. I hope the franchise owner sees this, because I think it might be amistake and they don't realize that they have their Uber orders turned off, or however that works. I live right down the streetand always get tied to the location on Lawrenceville Hwy. I tried calling to let the restaurant staff know, but nobody answered.People seem friendly when I go into the store, though. Read more
They're raising the prices and yet giving little to no ingredients on the sandwiches. My recent order had mayo, lettuce, and... cheese missing off of the blt I ordered. And what wasn't forgotten on it had the bottom of the sandwich filled.. this is why Ihavent had subway in years, the two times I do recently and its definitely not worth it! Read more
First i called and the woman told me that they do participate in the buy one footlong get any footlong free and when i got there... she tried to tell me it was only certain sandwiches these subways are trying to cut corners to avoid upholding companypolicies. Came to this Subway today and ordered a pepperoni pizza. With tax, my total came to $6.09. I received my pizza and left. When I... got to my car I opened the pizza and took a bite. The pizza was half frozen. I walked back inside to return the pizza. I toldthem that it was still cold and I wanted something else b/c I was so grossed out by pizza. They immediately ask me if I wantedthem to re-hear it. I said no, I?d like a sandwich now instead. I told them I wanted a spicy Italian. They then start making mea 6 inch sandwich. The 6 inch sub is $4.19. I then say, ?The pizza I paid for came to $6.09 but you Don?t even have the commoncourtesy of giving me a sandwich of equal cost?? She begins to say the pizza really costs 5 dollars and the tax brought it to$6. I cut her off and just asked for my money back. They didn?t even apologize for giving me a half cooked pizza. THIS LOCATION IS GARBAGE. First the employee has an attitude when I asked for a sandwich and extra topics even though I willing... to pay extra. While the checking out I could see the employee go in the back talk in an indian language with another person andthen point at me then laugh. After that when I when to eat the sandwich had plastic melted in my toasted sandwich. When I calledin to the location I could hear the phone picked up and then after I told them my issue they hanged up. I called 3 times andthis happened 3 times. The employee that made my sandwich seemed to be a manger or owner. These type of disrespectful peopleshould not have authority like this. Read more
