It's sometimes extremely loud inside, which I find annoying when trying to eat. I do have my favorite server here, she's always... happy to see me! I have had steaks that were over cooked. That isn't the servers fault, but the cook. Read more
Alan was our Server tonight. He was not very good at all. He came up and took our drink order,my wife was starting to ask him a... question but he immediately turned away and went to deliver a drink for another waitress. Was not dressed professional at allfor a restaurant like Applebee's in a green t-shirt,jeans,and tennis shoes. It took my wife looking at him holding up her emptycup just to get a refill. Then when our food came up he didn't even bring it to us. Another waiter did. My food which was theBourbon street chicken and shrimp was great but my wife's steak on the other hand was terrible as well as her side of fries.We've had issues here in the past with wait staff or the food but decided to give them another chance since it had been alongtime. But much to our Dismay we were reminded why it had been a long time since we had came here. If you're a drinker of alcoholthen the place is excellent but the food and service has went down hill and their prices have went up. I highly recommendpassing on going here. Read more

Tremendous service. They opened a section of the restaurant to accommodate our party of 7. We were family, two parts meeting... from a distance and did not want to be split into two tables. Thanks to whoever was the manager for allowing that...and with nowait!! Andrew did a great job serving. He kept apologizing for little delays, but we understood because we were squeezed in,and the delay suited us better because we were catching up with one another after many months apart. 6 stars!!
