Alan was our Server tonight. He was not very good at all. He came up and took our drink order,my wife was starting to ask him a... question but he immediately turned away and went to deliver a drink for another waitress. Was not dressed professional at allfor a restaurant like Applebee's in a green t-shirt,jeans,and tennis shoes. It took my wife looking at him holding up her emptycup just to get a refill. Then when our food came up he didn't even bring it to us. Another waiter did. My food which was theBourbon street chicken and shrimp was great but my wife's steak on the other hand was terrible as well as her side of fries.We've had issues here in the past with wait staff or the food but decided to give them another chance since it had been alongtime. But much to our Dismay we were reminded why it had been a long time since we had came here. If you're a drinker of alcoholthen the place is excellent but the food and service has went down hill and their prices have went up. I highly recommendpassing on going here. Read more

Tremendous service. They opened a section of the restaurant to accommodate our party of 7. We were family, two parts meeting... from a distance and did not want to be split into two tables. Thanks to whoever was the manager for allowing that...and with nowait!! Andrew did a great job serving. He kept apologizing for little delays, but we understood because we were squeezed in,and the delay suited us better because we were catching up with one another after many months apart. 6 stars!! Our waiter did a great job and the food was really good. The manager even stopped and made sure our steaks were done right.
Always a good time at Applebee's! Very accommodating if you're on a diet.
Our waitstaff was efficient and very nice. We split an appetizer while charging our car. Our food was delivered quickly and... was good. Thank the hostess for the welcome as well, please. The restaurant appeared clean. Read more
Asked for Parmesan shrimp topper .. gave me that and mushroom and a bunch of onions too .. also didn?t ask me how I wanted my... steak cooked .. I ordered car side to go so I was stuck with my order.. MaKaylee was running car side to go and couldn?t give mea total over the phone either Read more
