Wide selection of food. Everything was delicious and Kenzie was a great server. Live over 20 miles away but plan to be back.
My family and I have been dining at Beer Barrel for many years. Spending a lot of money in there over those years. Tonight was a... awful night. Which would have been fine accept the fact that the manager on this evening deflected the situation, told us we hadtoo high of standard and paid no mind to our concerns. Didn?t even offer a measly discount for our frustration. Anything wouldhave been fine and made us feel valued. When the waitress tried to offer a employee discount, which she felt was totallywarranted, he wouldn?t let her do it because he told her, ?he came and talked to us and we understood.? No sir, you came to usunwillingly and after we?ve about finished our food. The waitress had already offered the employee discount and we weresatisfied with whatever that would have been, so we didn?t make any bigger issue out of it when he came around. If we had knownhe would decline the discount we would have spoken up more to him. But I had already told him that we had waited for our foodfor what felt like an hour and he came back and told us, ?we?ll you?ve been in here for 49 mins and I think that is a reasonabletime.? Are you kidding me? What clock are you watching? We had those sitting beside us that came in way after us get there foodand finish it before we even received ours. We are so disappointed in this facility tonight. More so the manager. His excuse forwhy we had to wait, which it sounded like he thought we didn?t wait long to begin with, was that they aren?t a burger joint anddidn?t have enough room on the grill. By the time we got our food, most of the tables had cleared out! Even if that was thecase, HE should have came while we were waiting and told us what the issue was, we would have been more then understanding andfelt like they knew we were waiting. Our waitress was wonderful, the portions were huge, and our youngest started to choke??another waitress came right up offering... to help and stating she is certified! The food was fresh! My house salad was so good! The boneless were crispy and saucy!! If wedidn?t live almost 2 hours away we would be back soon to check out other stuff on the menu, their options were endless! Read more

Best Ohio Pizza I have ever had. I'm from NYC, so that's saying something. Beer was awesome too. And Sébastien loved it too.
Don't let the sports bar atmosphere fool you. The food is excellent! Much more than your usual pizza and wings.
Amazing food, drinks and service here. There were so many options it wasn't even funny. We ate til we literally couldn't take... another bite. I ate so much that I hurled. The Italian Deep Dish was absolutely AMAZING! The staff was all super polite and friendly. The place was full of people, it is... definitely a popular place for locals. And after trying their pizza for the first time I can completely understand theverification, personally. On a semi related note, I met the most stunningly beautiful woman, with a name so unique I couldn'thelp but ask her about it. Jaed. I was floored, twice over.
