I used to love this place. I ordered a white pizza and ask for a few changes. Didn't have a issue there. When I got my food home... the change I ask for was wrong. So I called explaining the issue. The employee asked me to hold and got the supervisor. Iexplained what had happened. She got angry with me then decided to say bring it back and she would fix it but that is not whatwas ordered. I was not waiting another 30min for another pizza. When I told her what I ordered is not what they did she said Iwas wrong and that sheade it her self.(Then learn to read.). I had the food in my presence I know how it was made. Then shedecided to cuss and I in response did the same. I will not waste my money with ppl who are disrespectful when they mess up.Shame to we spend a lot of money. Read more
Delivery was slow as heck.. my pizza and bread were burnt and cold. If it's gonna take an hour and a half for delivery don't... cook my food right away. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again.. same thing happened, and they forgotall my sauces I paid for. I'll never order from there again. Read more
I have to say Bella Notta's pizza is definitely one to brag on. All around delicious. I kick myself for not trying it sooner!... But I am a customer for life! Pizza and breadsticks didn't last long. It's a must order when you're craving a good pizza! Read more
