The boneless BBQ bar pizza was very disappointing. It didn't even have cheese on it. I have one question....if you offer 2... different pizzas...a Buffalo and a BBQ, why the heck would you put buffalo sauce on BOTH pizzas??? I ordered the BBQ pizza for areason. Read more
Ordered boneless wings...clearly cooked well in advance...warm at best. Ordered a double order of celery and blue cheese. Limp... and floppy celery sticks and about ten pre-cut carrots. BTW...carrots!!! Watched my bartender hang back and text....loud andoverbearing environment. God I miss the real BW3z. Read more
We came in an hour before close, it was my first time here and we got the sweetest waiter! Jase gave us a quick tour of the... menu, got us our drinks and was SO nice! Jase even apologized for having to rush us because the kitchen closed in 15minutes,Top tier service. I GT the casic chicken wrap with ranch and fries and it was amazing, We will definitely come back,just to say hi to our waiter lol. Read more
I have never had any issues with this place before, but today was enough. I mobile ordered 2 10 piece traditional wings, and I... got 2 different sauces for each 10 piece. They somehow magically added an extra sauce to my order and claimed that they couldn?troll the wings because they don?t roll with more than 2 sauces. I then called the Manager of the store, and she had an attitudeand hung the phone up on me. I spent $40 in there, and it was not good at all. They clearly don?t want to do their job here, andit shows. I will never go back, and definitely don?t recommend it. Read more
Provides excellent service with decent good. However, food wait time was almost an hour. Wings came out somewhat hot, (indicates... they'd been sitting). Atmosphere was really good, food comes at reasonable price. If you're looking for a good place to eat,this is certainly a good option. Read more
Tried to come to eat. Was told they weren?t seating in the dining area that we had to go bar side, absolutely no problem with... that except the host walked away and didn?t even show us where to go or give us silverware. I tried to call the store, a girlnamed Courtney answered and when I told her what happened she said absolutely nothing for 2 or 3 minutes so I hung up the phone.I also tried to use the website to put in my complaint but the website was down. Kinda sad. I loved the Buffalo Wild Wings in mytown and just recently moved here. Awful first experience and probably will not be trying again. Read more
Overpriced promos don't actually work on their registers the bill was totally wrong why offer a lunch combo with fries and a... drink but charge for drinks also since when does an establishment charge tax per meal. The brisket sandwich literally tastedlike an old farm earthy mud taste to meat is sad I ate two bites and said this is the worst sandwich I have had... Will not becoming back this is the second time in a month it's been absolutely garbage. Read more
