Ordered the 2 for $10 Big King, which is shown as a much bigger sandwhich than what it actually is. So my mom and I went back... through to make sure we didnt get the wrong sandwiches, and the manager was extremely rude, interrupting my mom when she askedabout if we got the wrong sandwhiches, and wanted us to pay FULL price for new sandwhiches, even tho she offered to pay thedifference (which was maybe $4-$5) since we wouldnt have our original ones, and he was very condescending. Broiler was down, I get that equipment goes down and that is fine. However, if you are only going to serve fried foods at that... point... they should be served hot and fresh. The chicken sandwich was a mess, sauce was all over the place and it was cold andgross. The fries where old, limp and cold. Very disappointed, will not be back. Read more
So I went there today and was trying to order my food 4 people was taken my order when it should have been 1 person. I wasn't... even done ordering yet and they tell me to pull around that's rude as heck. Then I get to the window to finish my order and theysaid we already have that I said I want another one of those. If you can't be a professional at your job you shouldn't work atthat job. GO THE EXTRA SMILE! Simple moments impacts lives everyday! It's on their back, literally! Being in a large family that not only... travels a lot but active in sports and activities we are always in need a place sit down relax and refuel. We called otherBurger King restaurants closer to our destination but none allow dine in. Its an inconvenience to them apparently. The one inWapakoneta I personally have inconvenienced driving with a trailer. They wouldn't allow me to order at the window since Icouldn't get close enough to trigger the sensor. The manager was quite nasty. However I spoke to Josh at this location and askedif Dine-in was allowed. All he said was, "yes." I thanked him and drove 15 miles out of the way just for that. When we arrivedwe were greeted with smiles and great service. The food was extremely fresh. (Best jalapeño bites to date from any Burger King)I even ordered the bites twice to see if I just got lucky. Nope ???? twice they were fresh and delicious. They made freshcookies for us and explained in detail why it would take so long. Again delicious! Josh was there with His staff. Every personyoung, old or in-between was greeted with a smile and had every need taken care of. But for those with Covid concerns they aretaking every precaution as well to ensure your safety.
