Always had great service and good food at Lima Chipotle. There's the occasional issue with staffing that can cause long lines... but that is no fault of theirs in the current employment crisis. This is the nastiest Chipotle I have ever ate in. We eat in one in Marion Ohio regularly, Lima is no comparison. The rudest... servers have ever met. Out of chips how can Chipotle be out of chips ? Two customers came in to the server's counter and couldnot get any response from the one person standing behind it. Those two customers left. Read more
Burrito bowl to go. Picked up the bag and it had leaked out juice and the bag ripped apart spilling food everywhere.
One of the best I have been to! They are most generally in a very pleasant mood making for a great atmosphere! They are... definitely willing to help you if you have questions. And overall service is pretty fast. I would say they are most of the timefaster then some drive-thru service in lima. Overall love eating here when I can! Read more

I really love Chipotle it is always delicious! But I am very sad to say that this particular place forgot 6 things in my order.... They forgot two drinks, three sides, and steak in my burrito. I am very disappointed that we had to go back in and gather thethings they forgot. If I read the reviews right many people had these same problems. This is not a one time problem but aregular problem. Please check the orders before you give them to the your customers. Thanks for the delicious food! Read more
