We had 2 bad experiences here as soon as they opened- missing items and rude staff, but took another chance yesterday and have... to say I am very pleased with the service here now! Our chicken wings were undercooked but when I called back, and even had alittle attitude, the manager was super nice and offered to remake them, and gave us a free brownie for the inconvenience. Possibly the worst pizza place in the city of Lima. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza. After one full hour, we called back to... find out why it wasn?t delivered yet. The worker who answered the phone was extremely rude, but told us that they were shortstaffed. When the pizza finally arrived 2 hours and 9 minutes late!!!!, it was black around the edges, and the bottom was burntto a crisp. We tried to call back again, but they won?t answer the phone. Rude. Order takers expect tips to take your order. Girl said she didn't have enough money to get home so the Manager, yes... manager told the girl trying to take my order not to and have the other girl do it so she could get money from tips. When Istarted ordering again I asked the girl about the new dips for the pretzels and she ignored me...just didn't reply. So I justordered my pizza and went shopping. Upon return all the employees were still arguing. I called another store to complain andthey are not affiliated. I would worry because I know I will never get another Domino's Pizza. People shouldn't tip the persontaking their order. If you don't want to take orders then close the doors. Read more
We ordered 3 subs from here and an order of lava cakes, they get to the door (30 minutes later than what it said) to tell me... they were out of lava cakes. When I opened the subs I was shocked at how burnt they were. Read more
Whenever we ordered, we ordered just a simple pepperoni pizza, and bread bites. When the order arrived a half hour late. They... didn't even give us the right pizza. I tired calling back, got denied 3 times. Got through and whenever they answered they saidthey'd send me what I wanted and it'd be here in about 20 minutes, here I am an hour later writing this review with no new pizzaand the store refusing to answer both me and my girlfriends calls. What ever your time says just add 20 minutes so you don't have to wait. Food is good and hot is a positive when you have to wait... 30 minutes. Pick up time was 5:24-5:31...5:55 was actual. They are still working thru the kinks of a new store. This is 7 dayslater but it did Dawn upon me that she was going to send me a coupon for a free lava cake which never came either. Read more
Pizza is fine, just what you'd expect of Domino's, but the fact that I live 1.1 miles from this location and they "don't deliver... that far" is very problematic. I don't live in the best neighborhood, but that does not mean you can simply neglect yourcustomers. There are three other Domino's locations in this city, and this is the closest one. Do better Domino's. Read more
