This is our go-to for pizza dine-in. For a family of 5, easy to please everyone. We usually do the pepperoni pizza, brick Street... bread with Asiago cheese, and twice baked chipotle wings. Get them twice baked and they are amazing! Our 10 year old scarfeddown quite a few! Everything we've had has been great. Staff are always friendly, store is clean, and we see many to-go orders. So I?m in Ohio for work. And Im originally from Chicago ?home of the best pizza.? This was better than any deep dish I?ve ever... had in Chi, and I prefer thin crust so it was just that much better (i think deep dish is overrated). Quite easily my favorite pizza place here in Lima. Store is always clean, food is always banging. Every time I try something new... from there it's great. I don't eat there as often as I used to for health related issues, but this place will always be myguilty pleasure for pizza/calzones. Read more
6/16/2021 was my 3rd time ordering from Donatos since I discovered how great their food is! But that day everything was even... greater!! The warm cinnamon sticks were baked to perfection. Usually they are good but a little burnt on the bottom, this daythey were so moist and the bottom was golden brown! The pizza was wonderful, and their wings are ridiculously good!! First off Donato's pizza is great no matter if you have any customer service issues. This location is clean, and has good... parking. My wife ordered pizza online to pick up from this location. When I arrived' they had not processed my order or madeanything. The manager found my order and began making my order. They didn't have any large dough ready so I received 2 mediumsized pizzas in lieu which I was happy with. The food came out great, I just had to wait a little extra. I am not sure if it wasthe company process of receiving online orders, or just an employee error, but the manager was genuinely apologetic about theerror. If you're on Elida road and you want pizza, definitely stop at Donato's. ***Update *** Received a phone call from thefranchise owner who was genuinely concerned about my experience. My pizza ordered for delivery was half eaten before it even got to my house. Was someone at donatos . I hope you all figure out... who did it amd fire them. I'll never order from donatos ever again bc of this disturbing incident. Read more
