Delicious! We ordered online and were quoted an hour delivery wait. Food got here hot and fresh within 35 min.!
I placed an online order at 530pm, estimated time it said was 6pm. I got there at like 603pm, they said they got slammed all at... once and it would be awhile. So I pulled into a space to wait for them to bring me my order. Sat there for 20 more minutes, gotmy food finally and drove home. Opened the boxes and the dessert pizza was black! Like marshmallow cought on fire black. Calledand asked if I brought this back if they could make another. They said yes, it would be about 10 minutes. My husband waited like10-15 minutes, then drove there. They hadn't even started the pizza when he got there. Waited another 10ish minutes for the newpizza to be made. All in all from the time I placed my order to the time my order was finally corrected and we were able to sitdown and eat it had been 2 hours. I understand restaurants get busy, but come on..do better. We will not be returning. Read more
Used to be a five star review for this place. Ordered at 658pm Saturday evening was told an hr wait, didn't receive our food... till 9 pm an that's after the person on the phone decided to curse at me an make excuses blaming the general manager. Worstcustomer service ever!!!! I will be in to speak with the general manager! Read more
Why do I get a busy signal every time when trying to call for over an hour, but when I show up to order in person nobody is on... the phone??? This has happened at least a HANDFUL of times in the last six months. If one was being critical, they might suspectthe phone is taken off the hook when they get busy/overwhelmed. They also don't take online orders. Pizza is good but that meansnothing when you can't order it lol Read more
Ordered two subs online. Picked up. Pizza sub was undercooked and cold. Not impressed.
I don't know what happened. They used to be popular, right? My experience was ok. I pulled up to pick up my order at the window.... Online it said to give them 20 minutes, I waited 25.Guy opens the window, I say I have a pick up order, he says its in theoven..shuts the door. Good job sir, remarkable personality....
