Hours were misrepresnted on both the door and website. Once there we were informed rather rudely that the kitchen closed at... 11:30. We were in the building at 11:25 but were informed at 11:31 that the kitchen was closed. If the kithen closes at 11:30this needs to be published before people get there. Complete lack of care for the customer. After this experience will mostlikely not be back again as this place seems to be in decline with food quality as well. Read more

Always look forward to a FJ pizza when I come back to Lima. Although a section was a bit charred, it didn't stop us from... enjoying the 21" of goodness! The only thing I noticed is that it was light on sausage, and mushrooms were chopped smaller. This is probably a result of rising prices, and a desire to keep prices down. Not as great as it use to be. Ordered pizza, cheese bread, chicken, and a sub to go. 2 pieces of cheese bread were OK, although... burned a bit on bottom. Not sure what happened to the other two pieces- one was missing almost all the cheese, the otherhalf. Pizza looked like they'd dropped and left a hot pan on it, burning top of two pieces. Read more

I am visiting from out of town and was really excited to come here again, it?s been a couple years. Cheese bread app burnt on... bottom. Pizza came out burnt on top with very hard (old?) crust. 10-12 people in bar and 4-5 tables sat the whole time I washere, at 2:30 pm on a Saturday. I guess that should have been an indicator. Very slow to get initial service but, improved onceserver knew we were here. Odd things like having salt and pepper shakers on the table but red pepper and Parmesan cheese comeout in little cups. Then, we ask for hot sauce and she brings out the industrial size bottle. Maybe next time I?m back I?ll goto the West St. location. Maybe their integrity has retained itself. Read more

First time at Fat Jack's and we loved it! Kaylee was our server and was spot on during our visit. Very friendly and took care of... us like family. The pizza was perfect! Loved, loved, loved the crust and sauce. The only thing lacking was atmosphere. Theinside was very basic and was disappointing. But, I'm about the food and service and it was top notch! Read more
